Dreyer Group operates within a small group of independently licensed mortgage brokerages. Each brokerage is independently owned and operated under its own BCFSA licence, and is separately responsible for its own compliance obligations, errors-and-omissions insurance, and anti-money-laundering program.
By pooling volume through the VERICO network, each brokerage maintains preferred status with Canada's largest lenders — which translates into access to their best rates, dedicated underwriters, and priority service for the clients we work with.
